Note- Must have experience from- Supply Chain/Logistics/WMS & Retail based projects or companies.

Notice - Only Immediate Joiners

Shift- Should Be adaptable to work including night shifts. (3 pm to 12 am & 5 pm to 2 am

Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.

Experience of experience and salary:

4- 9 Years, Production Support / Application Support- L2/L3 Level ( Supply Chain/Logistics/WMS & Retail based projects or companies)

Salary- 10LPA- 15LPA max.

Qualifications: BE/B.Tech(CS), MCA(Regular), B.Sc. IT

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience working as a senior support analyst on a leading retail B2B software platform

- Good experience on L2 /L3 level Enterprise Product/Application Support (Supply Chain/Logistics/WMS & Retail based projects or companies.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong computer skills with a good understanding of best practices




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Experience with Zendesk/ServiceNow/Jira and other ticketing systems.
- Experience in SQL, Python/Json.
- Experience working in a retail domain

Responsibilities • Provide expert level support to customers, analysing and resolving issues reported on organization Platform.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers, QA, product management) to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of software-related issues and resolutions.
- Assist manager on refining technical procedures and best practices.
- Participate in onboarding and training programs for new customers and support staff.
- Conduct regular review and analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
