1. Job Purpose

To execute battery pack manufacturing and assembly operations safely and efficiently as per defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, quality standards, and production plans. The Production Operator is responsible for ensuring proper machine operation, material handling, quality compliance, productivity, workplace safety, and basic maintenance support while maintaining the required standards of battery pack manufacturing.

1. Educational Qualification

- Minimum: ITI / Diploma / 10+2 or equivalent.
- Preferred: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical.

1. Experience Required

- 0–3 years of experience in production, assembly, electrical/electronic manufacturing, automotive components, EV components, battery manufacturing, or a similar industry.
- Candidates with experience in lithium-ion battery pack assembly / EV battery manufacturing will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma qualifications will also be considered.

- Basic understanding of battery pack manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Ability to operate production machines and hand tools.
- Basic understanding of quality inspection and defect identification.
- Strong safety awareness.
- Positive material handling practices.
- Attention to detail and product quality.
- Ability to work under production targets.
- Teamwork and discipline.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Good housekeeping and 5S awareness.

1. Working Conditions

- Work in a battery pack manufacturing and assembly environment.
- The position may require prolonged standing and repetitive assembly activities.
- Shift working may be applicable based on production requirements.
- Strict compliance with battery safety, electrical safety, ESD, PPE, and EHS procedures is mandatory.

1. Role Expectations

The Production Operator is expected to maintain a Safety First, Quality First, and Productivity-focused approach while carrying out assigned production activities. The operator must follow approved processes, handle materials responsibly, maintain equipment and workplace cleanliness, and promptly escalate any quality, safety, machine, or material-related abnormality. Work Location: Shapur Nagar, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad

Compensation: Best as per Market Standards

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
