Job Summary

Looking for a

PPC Executive with experience in manufacturing to handle production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, material coordination, order tracking, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

- Monitor production schedules and planned vs. actual output.

- Manage order tracking and

Time &

- Action (T&A;)

calendars.

- Handle capacity planning and production line loading.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sourcing, and Merchandising teams.

- Monitor material availability and identify shortages.

- Track WIP, pending orders, bottlenecks, and production delays.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly

MIS reports

.

- Monitor production capacity and productivity.

- Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure timely

OTIF deliveries

.





- Escalate production and delivery risks and follow up on corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

- 2–6 years of relevant experience in

PPC / Production Planning

- Manufacturing experience preferred.

- Hands-on experience in capacity planning, line loading, material coordination, and production MIS.

- Ability to manage multiple production orders and priorities.

- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates from

Toys, Soft Toys, Garments, Textiles, Home Furnishing, Consumer Products, or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.
