Position: Production Officer

Experience: 2–4 Years

Location: POR, Vadodara, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities as per the production schedule.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the required time and quality standards.
- Supervise production operators and ensure proper manpower utilization.
- Monitor machines, equipment, and production processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain production records, reports, and daily production data.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and production procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments to resolve production issues.
- Identify production problems and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and rejection.
- Ensure proper handling and utilization of raw materials and reduce material wastage.
- Monitor housekeeping and maintain 5S standards on the production floor.




- Follow company safety rules and ensure a safe working setting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Required Skills
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related engineering field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Good knowledge of production processes and shop-floor operations.
- Basic knowledge of quality and safety systems.
- Good team-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
- Knowledge of MS Office and production reporting will be an advantage.
