Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Production Planning: Translate confirmed orders into weekly/daily plans; load work by capacity, manpower, material readiness, and product route; schedule change constraints.

- WIP &
- Shop-floor Control:

Track every active order/bag through its route; run daily control reviews (plan, actual, gap, recovery time); escalate bottlenecks effectively.

- Delivery &

- Coordination:

Provide evidence-based delivery dates; coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, Inventory, Procurement, and Dispatch; maintain a delivery-risk list until closure.

- Systems, Data &

- Reporting:

Own ERP data accuracy (order opening, routing, promise dates, status); reconcile plan vs. actual, WIP ageing, and TAT using ERP/Excel; build trackers and dashboards.

- Team &

- Process Improvement:

Set roles, reviews,



and escalation rules for the PPC team; investigate recurring schedule errors; standardize SOPs for order opening, planning, processing, and closure.

Desired Candidate Profile

- At least 5 years of experience in production planning, order management, or production coordination

- Experience in jewellery manufacturing

- Proficiency in working with ERP systems and production/order tracking tools

- Solid hands-on skills in Excel, including lookups and pivot tables

- Solid understanding of the end-to-end jewellery manufacturing process, from order booking to dispatch

- Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Quality, Design, Inventory, Dispatch)

- Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
