Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Production Manager to lead our modular furniture manufacturing unit in Manesar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end production process, from drawing analysis to final dispatch, ensuring 100% accuracy, minimum wastage, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities (Factory Operations)

- Production Planning (PPC): Daily and weekly production scheduling to ensure all orders are delivered as per the committed timeline.
- Shop Floor Management: Overseeing the operations of Panel Saw, Edge Banding, CNC, and Multi-boring machines.
- Material & Cutting Optimization: Preparing and verifying Cutting Lists to maximize board utilization and reduce raw material wastage.
- Quality Control (QC): Implementing multi-stage QC checks (after cutting, edge-banding, and boring) to ensure zero-defect products.
- Inventory & Raw Material: Maintaining optimum stock levels of boards, laminates, and hardware (Hettich, Blum, Hafele)



to avoid production delays.
- Team Leadership: Managing a team of supervisors, machine operators, and helpers while maintaining high discipline and safety standards.
- Technical Coordination: Working closely with the Design Team to resolve any technical gaps in GFC (Good For Construction) drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in a professional Modular Kitchen Factory.
- Machine Knowledge: Hands-on experience with European/Indian brands.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of materials (HDHMR, PLY, MCORE) and finishes (PU, Acrylic, Lacquer).
- Hardware: Robust knowledge of technical fitments and hardware integration for premium kitchens.
- Software: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and production-related software (like imos or optimization tools) is a big plus.
