The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.

- To lead production planning from the unit’s objectives and ensure that production happens on time and as per plan
- To ensure that volume production targets during season and non season is as per plans
- To plan the resources for production in relation to costs and productivity norms
- Planning of all equipment's maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Ensuring all equipment's in the line are operated as per the rated capacity, minimal break downs & positive Mechanical Efficiency
- To ensure that the quality of the beverage manufactured is as per standards through establishment and review of quality systems.




- To reach the product and package indices as per targets and to ensure that quality systems are maintained
- To maintain a complete record of all the production reports.
- To Create and maintain various MIS reports
- Effectively implemented the preventive maintenance schedule on interval basis like -daily, weekly, and monthly and annually to maintain the health of equipment perfect- A3 Speed, Straw Applicator CP- 70

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics
- 10+ years of production experience in handling PET lines or similar Machines
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
