Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to manage the end-to-end production and execution of events, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and efficient coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production and execution of events, activations, exhibitions, and brand experiences.
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, production agencies, and technical teams.
- Plan production timelines, manpower, materials, logistics, and on-site requirements.
- Review production drawings, specifications and execution plans.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of production activities.
- Conduct site visits and supervise installation, setup, event execution, and dismantling.
- Coordinate with Creative, Client Servicing, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Source and negotiate with vendors while ensuring cost-effective production solutions.
- Monitor production budgets, vendor costs, and project expenses.
- Troubleshoot on-ground production issues and provide quick solutions.




- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and project requirements.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and build a reliable production network.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of event production, fabrication, branding, and technical execution.
- Valuable understanding of materials, structures, AV, lighting, printing, and event infrastructure.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma in Event Management, Production, Advertising, Engineering, or a relevant field.

Preferred Experience: Candidates from Event Management, Experiential Marketing, Advertising, Exhibition or Production backgrounds.
