Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with hands-on exposure to one or more of the following will be preferred:

- CNC Turning / Sliding Head CNC
- Grinding
- Gear Hobbing / Gear Cutting
- Rack Rolling / Spline Rolling
- Forging and related secondary operations
- Automotive shafts, gears and powertrain components
- High-volume automotive component manufacturing
- IATF 16949 manufacturing workplace
- Lean Manufacturing / TPM / OEE improvement.
