Experience: 8–12 years

We’re looking for an experienced Event Production professional with strong expertise in managing large-scale events end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end event production planning and execution
- Vendor, supplier & manpower management
- Fabrication, AV, lighting, sound, staging & technical production
- Production plans, BOQs, timelines & execution checklists
- Costing, budgeting, vendor negotiation & commercial management
- Drive cost optimisation and project profitability
- Venue feasibility, site inspections & risk management
- Coordinate with clients, artists, agencies and internal teams
- Handle high-pressure situations and last-minute changes
- Post-event reconciliation and commercial closure

Looking for someone with: ✔ Strong event production & execution experience

✔ Excellent vendor negotiation and commercial skills

✔ Solid team and manpower management

✔ Ability to balance quality, timelines, budget and profitability
