Position: Product Supervisor – Telesales (Insurance)
? Location: Chennai
? Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years

? Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls and generate insurance sales
- Explain insurance products and recommend suitable plans
- Convert leads and achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Handle customer queries and maintain customer relationships
- Update lead and sales details in CRM
- Work effectively in a target-driven environment
? Requirements
- HSC Pass / Any Graduate
- 6 Months – 3 Years of telesales experience
- Insurance telesales experience preferred
• Good communication skills in English & Tamil
- Robust convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates preferred
