About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Product Manager to drive the growth, positioning, and profitability of our AAC Block Adhesives, Wall Plasters, and related construction chemical solutions. The role will be responsible for product strategy, market development, pricing, competition tracking, new product launches, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Develop and execute product roadmaps for AAC Block Adhesives and Plaster solutions.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Drive product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization.
- Recommend product enhancements and innovations based on market feedback.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

- Conduct regular competitor analysis on products, pricing, and market positioning.
- Gather customer insights from contractors, applicators, distributors, builders, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies.
- Business Development & Growth
- Define product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with Sales teams to increase market penetration and product adoption.
- Support key customer engagements, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Develop sales enablement tools, product presentations, and marketing collateral.
- New Product Development




- Coordinate with R&D; and Technical teams for formulation improvements and new product launches.
- Lead product trials, validations, and field performance assessments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements.
- Pricing & Profitability
- Develop pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics.
- Monitor product profitability, margins, and revenue performance.
- Support annual business planning and forecasting activities.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D;, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
- Conduct product training programs for internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
- Support leadership with market intelligence and business recommendations.

Candidate Profile

Education

- B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering preferred)
- MBA in Marketing/Product Management preferred

Experience
- 6 to 12 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in AAC Block Adhesives, Wall Plasters, Tile Adhesives, Dry Mix Mortars, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, or Cement-based Products is highly preferred.
