We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Tech Lead with expertise in .Net Full Stack and Azure development, backed by an impressive 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrable track record of successful project delivery and innovation, showcasing their proficiency in leading technical teams to achieve excellence. As a Tech Lead, this candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing cutting-edge solutions, contributing to the growth and success of our technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead vision AI modules end-to-end while remaining deeply hands-on.

- Strong expertise in Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure Functions, Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Explorer, Azure Data Factory.

- Working experience in Microservices, Containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes, Azure Storage, Cosmos DB, Web App, Logic Apps, Azure Integration Services, Azure API Management.

- Strong understanding of Design Patterns, OOPs concepts, Design Principles.

- Solid experience in writing Unit and Integration Tests.

- Good working experience in Angular, React,



Razor and Frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, Java Script.

- Implement classical CV algorithms and video analytics.

- Deploy optimized models on NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm Qride, GPU/DSP/NPU accelerators.

- Work with TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, quantization, pruning, and optimization.

- Develop high-performance C++ and Python modules for embedded CV applications.

- Architect scalable CV systems using OOAD, SOLID, and design patterns.

- Design real-time pipelines with clear dataflows and memory management.

- Build production-ready inference pipelines and benchmarking systems.

- Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git repositories; support deployments across global client environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience with 5+ years in Computer Vision/Deep Learning.

- Strong coding in C++ (11/14/17) and Python.

- Experience with CNNs (YOLO/ResNet/UNet), OpenCV, and classical CV.

- Experience deploying on Jetson/DSP/NPU hardware.

- Solid understanding of design patterns and system engineering.

- Troubleshooting and performance optimization of application and database. Knowledge of WinDbg, PerfMon and SQL Profiler is required.
