- Responsibilities

- Analyse and monitor sales performance across all brands, categories, territories, and salespersons.

- Track brand performance to identify growth opportunities and underperforming areas.

- Identify brands that are performing below expectations in specific regions and develop action plans to improve performance.

- Develop and drive brand-wise growth strategies, including decisions around distribution expansion and market consolidation.

- Lead brand-building initiatives for new or underpenetrated brands.

- Work with the Marketing Head to ensure marketing campaigns and budgets are focused on the appropriate brands and regions.

- Represent product/category priorities in marketing planning discussions without directly owning marketing execution.

- Develop and maintain brand-wise, territory-wise, and salesperson-wise performance dashboards for management review.

- Coordinate with Sales leadership to obtain accurate and consistent sales data on an ongoing basis.

- Analyse sales trends and convert raw sales data into actionable business insights.





- Conduct periodic brand performance reviews for the Managing Directors.

- Present management with clear and prioritised recommendations based on brand and territory performance.

- Coordinate with Sales, Sales Coordination, and Marketing to ensure alignment between brand priorities, sales performance, and marketing activities.
