Key Requirements

- Solid

Product Management experience for

OpenShift / internal infrastructure / developer platforms

.

- Strong hands-on understanding of

Red Hat OpenShift and its ecosystem.

- Expertise in product strategy, roadmap, backlog, prioritisation & product discovery

.

- Experience managing established platforms, including capacity, reliability, security, technical debt and sustainability

.

- Strong understanding of containers, cloud-native technologies, pod management, networking and platform operations

.

- Experience with on-premises cloud/platform environments

.

- Define and manage

KPIs, SLAs, SLOs & SLIs

.

- Drive platform capability adoption and enhancements

.

- Work closely with

Platform Engineering, Architecture, Security and Product teams

.

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Engineering/technical background preferred;

OpenShift/Red Hat certification is advantageous.
