This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the product and marketing strategy for our unsecured business lending portfolio. The successful candidate will drive innovation, market penetration, and profitability, leading a high-performing team to achieve strategic business objectives.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for unsecured business lending, aligning with overall organizational goals and market opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and conceptualization through development, launch, and post-launch performance optimization.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify unmet needs and emerging trends in the unsecured lending space.
- Design and execute robust marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance product visibility, drive customer acquisition, and increase market share.
- Collaborate closely with credit, sales, operations, technology, and risk teams to ensure seamless product delivery, operational efficiency, and superior customer experience.
- Manage the product P&L;, monitor portfolio performance, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize profitability and mitigate risks.
- Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement within the product and marketing functions.
- Ensure all product offerings and marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product initiatives and marketing campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve ambitious targets.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly preferred.
