Job Profile: Product Development and Operations

- Third-Party Manufacturing & Site Coordination

- Plan and coordinate trial and commercial manufacturing activities at third-party manufacturing facilities.
- Conduct site visits at each manufacturing location during product manufacturing to ensure adherence to

approved processes and specifications by the designated responsible personnel.
- Prepare and issue Work Orders (WO) for trial and commercial production batches.

2. Product Development & R&D; Coordination
- Manage complete product development lifecycle, including concept finalisation, R&D; trials, pilot batches,

and scale-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal R&D; teams and external laboratories for formulation development, stability

studies, and trials.
- Prepare and review product specifications, compositions, and technical documents.

3. Inventory Planning & Procurement Coordination
- Monitor and track Raw Material (RM), Packaging Material (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) inventory levels.




- Coordinate with relevant departments to initiate procurement activities in line with inventory

requirements.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.

4. Supply Chain & Production Planning
- Coordinate manufacturing schedules, batch planning, and production timelines based on FG inventory and

market demand.
- Align procurement, production, and dispatch schedules through effective cross-functional coordination.
- Support material reconciliation and stock movement activities with manufacturers.

5. Documentation, Compliance & Regulatory Support
- Support preparation and maintenance of documentation related to product development, manufacturing,

quality control, and procurement.
- Coordinate technical inputs required for regulatory submissions, quality audits, and licensing activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical and nutraceutical quality standards and internal SOPs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
