Responsibilities of a Product Developer : - Idea Generation Concept Development

- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor products

- Brainstorm and propose recent product ideas or enhancements

- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to define product concepts

- Product Design Prototyping

- Translate concepts into design specifications or technical drawings

- Work with designers and engineers to create prototypes or samples

- Oversee testing and iteration of prototypes

Project Management :- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for product development projects

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (RD, production, supply chain, marketing)

- Ensure milestones and deadlines are met

- Testing Quality Assurance

- Conduct or coordinate product testing (functionality, safety, compliance)

- Identify and fix design or production issues before launch

- Ensure products meet quality standards and regulations

- Supplier Manufacturer Coordination

- Source and liaise with suppliers or manufacturers

- Oversee sampling, production runs, and material sourcing





- Ensure costs align with budgets and deadlines

Product Launch Support :- Assist with go-to-market strategies and launch planning

- Provide product specs and insights to marketing/sales teams

- Help analyze performance post-launch and gather customer feedback

- Documentation Reporting

- Maintain detailed records of product specs, test results, and development stages

- Report on development progress to stakeholders
