Specialist - Procurement, Ahmedabad, India. We are looking for a Specialist - Procurement, who thrives in a high performance and quick paced technical environment. As a Specialist within the Procurement team, you will be responsible for performing all critical tasks, ensuring that our customer receives a great product.

Responsibilities

- Lead procurement and store operations for aerospace metallic components
- Manage supplier contracts, inventory optimization, and compliance with aerospace standards (ISO 9001/AS9100)
- Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supply chain efficiency
- Deliver measurable cost savings, risk reduction, and service improvements
- Ensure Right First Time execution with minimal errors
- Uphold ethical procurement practices and compliance with company code of conduct
- Contribute to strategic sourcing and long-term supplier development

Requirements

- Source aerospace-grade metals and consumables; negotiate contracts for quality, cost, and delivery
- Onboard, audit, and manage suppliers; resolve delivery/quality issues and drive corrective actions
- Oversee ERP-based goods receipt/storage/issue; optimize inventory using forecasting and lean/5S practices
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance on POs, agreements, payments, and category strategies
- Support audits, compliance checks,



and reporting frameworks

Must Have

- Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or Engineering
- Experience-based knowledge
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in procurement/store management (preferred: aerospace or precision manufacturing)

- ERP systems (Epicor/SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)

- Readiness to work in different shifts to support customers in different time zones
