- Monitor and control the procurement process to ensure timely purchase of material, positive and services as per requirement.
- Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate with suppliers for quatations comparsions and finalization.
- Track Purchase orders , delivery schedule and ensure on time delivery.
- Maintain records of procurement , price details, and supplier information in the system
- work closely with the stores ,production and finance team for smooth material flow and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company polices, quality standards and procurement procedures.
- Assist in vendor development and regular follow-ups with suppliers.
- prepare MIS reports and support audits /reviews when required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,890.62 per month
