Looking for a Process Trainer with healthcare experience to manage new-hire onboarding, classroom/OJT training, refresher training, and continuous learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct healthcare/medical coding training and onboarding sessions.
- Develop training modules, assessments, and process materials.
- Monitor trainee performance, quality, and training KPIs.
- Conduct TTT sessions and provide coaching to trainers.
- Collaborate with SMEs, QA, and Operations to improve training effectiveness.
- Update training content based on business and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Medicine, Nursing, or related field.
- CPC/CIC/CCS certification.
- 1+ year training experience and 2+ years healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of US healthcare, claims, billing, and medical coding.
- Robust communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
