Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
- Identify and onboard reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain solid vendor relationships.
- Optimize inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and pricing to drive cost savings initiatives. 5. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with product standards.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
