Role Description The Printing Engineer Intern role at Limepaper is a remote internship focused on supporting the design, testing, and optimization of printing processes and equipment. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in analyzing print quality, identifying process issues, and recommending adjustments to improve efficiency and consistency. The role involves reviewing technical specifications, documenting procedures, and collaborating with senior engineers and production teams to implement best practices.

The intern will also help maintain records of test results, support troubleshooting activities, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.



This is an internship position designed to provide hands-on experience in printing engineering while working in a flexible, remote workplace.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of printing technologies, materials, and production workflows, with an interest in process optimization and quality control.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles, such as mechanics, thermodynamics, or manufacturing processes, relevant to printing operations.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, specifications, and test data, and to prepare clear reports and process documentation.
- Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online communication platforms) for remote teamwork.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and troubleshooting.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related field.
