The Principal serves as the administrative and academic head of the residential school, responsible for total student development, boarding management, staff leadership, and upholding the school's core mission.

Key Responsibilities

- Residential & Pastoral Care: Monitor boarding facilities, hostel management, student health, nutrition, and emotional well-being outside regular school hours.
- Academic Leadership: Design and implement curriculum standards, supervise teaching quality, and guide faculty professional growth.
- Administrative Operations: Manage daily schedules, coordinate staff duties, oversee budgeting, and manage campus resources.
- Safety & Security: Enforce strict health, safety, and 24/7 campus security protocols for resident students and staff.
- Parent & Community Relations:



Act as the primary liaison between the management board, parents, and local authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in a relevant academic subject plus a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Master of Education (M.Ed).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching and administrative experience, preferably within a boarding or residential school setting.
- Skills: Strong crisis management, interpersonal communication, and leadership abilities

Pay: ₹25,166.62 - ₹40,000.00 per month
