Role & responsibilities

- Identifying and approaching potential corporate companies in Mumbai, Pune, Maharashtra, and Gujarat
- Calling and connecting with key corporate decision-makers
- Communicating with senior professionals such as:

HR Heads

Admin Heads

HR Managers

- Corporate Decision-Makers
- Generating business opportunities and obtaining permissions/appointments for corporate stall activities
- Taking initial permissions and coordinating corporate visits and promotional activities
- Using LinkedIn to identify and connect with relevant corporate decision-makers
- Sending professional emails and maintaining regular follow-ups
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients
- Managing the complete business development cycle from lead generation to successful corporate confirmation

Preferred candidate profile

- Gender: Female candidates only
- Age: 28 to 45 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi




- Robust professional presence and confidence while speaking with corporate decision-makers
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn networking and business outreach
- Ability to write professional emails and follow up effectively
- Previous experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition will be preferred
