- Manage bid processes from requirement gathering to proposal submission, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Job Requirements :

- 8-13 years of experience in presales or a related field (e.g., business development, product management).

- Domain expertise in Lending (LOS/LMS) or Core Banking.

- Proven track record in bid management, solutioning, and requirement gathering.

- Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives in lending industries.

- Excellent business analysis skills with ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
