TL: 6+ yrs of relevant experience in Commodities/Metals Operations, Treasury Settlements, Bullion Trading Support with 2 yrs experience in Team Handling on paper

SME: 4+ yrs of relevant experience in Precious/Base Metals Operations, Settlements, Clearing or Bullion Operations with 1 yr experience in Team Handling on paper. Handle process-related escalations, monitor performance, conduct process briefings, and assist with people management.

SPE:2+ yrs Relevant experience in Precious/Base Metals Operations, Settlements, Clearing or Bullion Operations

Key Responsibilities:

1.



Manage end-to-end trade confirmation, settlement and clearing for OTC and exchange-traded precious and base metals transactions.
2. Handle settlement activities for Spot, Forward, Swap, Loan and Deposit transactions.
3. Coordinate with custodians, vaults, refiners, bullion banks and clearing houses for physical and unallocated metal settlements.
4. Handle Indian Gold Settlement processes including import documentation, bullion bank coordination, GST/Customs compliance and domestic settlements.
5. Perform daily reconciliation of metal positions, cash flows and allocated/unallocated metal balances.
6. Monitor and resolve settlement fails, breaks, discrepancies and counterparty disputes within defined TAT.
7. Coordinate with Front Office, Treasury, Compliance and external counterparties for settlement-related queries.
8. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, LBMA/LPPM standards, LME/MCX processes and internal risk/control frameworks.
9. Support month-end/quarter-end reporting, MIS and audit requirements related to metals settlements.
10. Identify and support process improvements and automation opportunities in settlement workflows.
