Job Summary

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales team in understanding customer requirements and developing suitable IT infrastructure and networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, BOQs and solution designs.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
- Design solutions related to networking, data centres and IT infrastructure.
- Prepare technical presentations and solution documents.
- Coordinate with vendors for product specifications, pricing and technical information.
- Provide technical support to the sales team during customer discussions.
- Participate in customer meetings and technical presentations.
- Support the team during project handover and implementation.
- Stay updated with networking and IT infrastructure technologies.

Required Skills




- Positive knowledge of networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
- Understanding of Active & Passive Networking.
- Knowledge of Data Centre solutions is an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and prepare technical solutions.
- Knowledge of preparing BOQ and technical proposals will be an advantage.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Qualification BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, IT or a related field.

Experience

Freshers and candidates with relevant Pre-Sales / Networking experience may apply.
