Position Title: Power Platform Developer / Automation Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and hands-on scripting ability in Python to design, build, and maintain business automation solutions, custom applications, and data integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop Flows/RPA)
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Create and manage data models, entities, and relationships in Dataverse
- Write custom scripts, automation utilities, and data processing pipelines using Python
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using, Python scripts, and Power Automate connectors
- Automate repetitive tasks and data workflows using Python (e.g., Pandas, Requests, OpenPyXL, or similar libraries)
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Power Platform applications and flows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to governance, security,



and best practices within the Power Platform environment REST APIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
- Proven hands-on experience in Python scripting and automation
- Familiarity with Power Fx formulas and expressions
- Experience integrating Power Platform with third-party systems via APIs
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams

Good to Have

- Microsoft certification in Power Platform (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate Desktop)
- Exposure to DevOps/CI-CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions

Experience Required 2+ years of relevant experience in Power Platform development and Python scripting (adjust based on your requirement)
