We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Lead to oversee the support, enhancement, and stability of business-critical applications built on Microsoft Power Apps and the broader Power Platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership and communication skills to ensure seamless operations, handle client escalations, and drive continuous improvement in system performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the maintenance, enhancement, and support of applications built using JavaScript, jQuery, Power Apps, and Power Automate

· Provide technical direction, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-quality solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and production issues

· Review and optimize existing applications for scalability, security, and performance

· Lead the deployment process and ensure successful delivery across environments (Dev, UAT, Production)

· Supervise and mentor a team of developers and support engineers, fostering technical growth, ownership, skill development and knowledge sharing

· Manage task allocation, performance reviews, and ensure adherence to SLAs

· Conduct regular stand-ups, track issue resolution progress, and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery

· Handle client communications and escalations, ensuring timely updates and satisfactory resolutions

· Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions





· Coordinate with project and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and post-release support

· Maintain detailed documentation including root cause analysis (RCA), application designs, development processes, deployment notes, and user guides

· Drive adherence to ITIL / Agile best practices in maintenance and support processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5–8 years of relevant experience in application development and maintenance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Experience:

· Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

· Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization

· Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL databases

· Proven experience in building custom applications, workflows, and automation solutions

· Hands-on experience with application deployments, configuration management, and version control (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)

· Exposure to REST APIs, data modeling, and process automation

· Understanding of insurance domain workflows is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Power Platform Functional Consultant
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, client interactions, and escalations effectively
