Urgent Hiring: Graphic Designer & Video Editor – Political War Room

Location: Sunam City, Punjab

We are expanding our Political War Room creative team and are looking for talented Graphic Designers and Video Editors who understand fast-paced social media content, political communication and visual storytelling.

Open Positions

1. Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Create social media posts, political campaign creatives and digital advertisements
- Design Instagram/Facebook posts, Reel covers and YouTube thumbnails
- Create event, rally, announcement and achievement-based creatives
- Work with Punjabi, Hindi and English typography
- Develop multiple creative variations for social media campaigns
- Maintain consistent visual identity across campaign communication
- Handle urgent design requirements and quick turnarounds

Preferred Skills:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Good understanding of social media design
- Punjabi typography experience is highly preferred
- Political, agency, media or news design experience will be an advantage

2. Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos
- Edit political speeches, rallies, interviews, events and campaign footage
- Create strong hooks and engaging opening sequences
- Work with subtitles, typography, transitions, sound design and music
- Convert raw footage into engaging short-form content
- Create emotional, informative and quick-paced campaign videos




- Deliver urgent edits within tight timelines
- Collaborate with designers, content strategists and social media teams

Preferred Skills:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- CapCut / DaVinci Resolve or similar editing tools
- Strong understanding of Reels and short-form content
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing and music
- Knowledge of Punjabi and Hindi content is highly preferred
- Political, media, news or agency experience will be an advantage
