About the Opportunity

Policy Bazaar is hiring Tele-Sales Executives for a premium B2B Sales process.

This is a lead-based calling role candidates connect with pre-qualified, pre-warmed business clients (no cold calling), understand their requirements, and pitch relevant financial/insurance solutions through consultative, professional conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with clients and effectively explain insurance products.
- Provide tailored recommendations and build rapport with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators.
- Address inquiries and maintain accurate records in our CRM.

Who Should Apply Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 0-3 Years experience in Sales
- Decent verbal communication skills in Hindi/English
- Graduate or Undergraduate can apply
- Maximum Age: 29 Years
- Both Male and Female candidates can apply

Compensation & Perks

- Fixed CTC up to 35,000 per month
- Unlimited Incentives no earning cap, performance-linked payouts
- Day Shift only, with rotational weekly offs
