Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage CLM platforms, with strong hands-on experience in ContractPodAI / LEAH.
- Configure and maintain CLM workflows, templates, forms, approval processes, and business rules.
- Manage users, roles, permissions, access controls, and platform security.
- Support contract lifecycle processes including authoring, review, approval, execution, and renewals.
- Configure dashboards, reports, notifications, and system-level settings.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with internal teams/vendor support for resolution.
- Work with business and legal teams to understand requirements and translate them into platform configurations.
- Support integrations between CLM and other enterprise applications through APIs or available integration frameworks.
- Perform platform testing, UAT support, release validation,



and change management.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Maintain platform documentation, configuration records, and administration procedures.

Must-Have Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in application/platform administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with CLM platforms.
- Mandatory: ContractPodAI / LEAH experience.
- Experience in CLM configuration, workflow management, templates, approvals, and user administration.
- Understanding of contract lifecycle and legal operations processes.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, troubleshooting, and system support.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
