Role Description The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations at the Haridwar facility in a full-time, on-site capacity. This includes planning and managing production activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and optimizing resource utilization and process efficiency.

The role involves leading and developing cross-functional teams, coordinating with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and warehousing to meet production targets and delivery timelines.

The Plant





Head will monitor key performance indicators, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and support cost control and capacity planning. The position also requires close collaboration with senior management on strategic objectives, audits, and operational excellence programs.

Qualifications

- Robust plant operations leadership, including production planning, shop-floor management, and cross-functional team supervision.
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance, GMP/GHP, and regulatory compliance relevant to cosmetics, nutraceuticals, Ayurvedic, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and productivity enhancement, with a focus on safety and cost optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with supply chain, warehousing, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth material flow and minimal downtime.
- Proficiency in using ERP/manufacturing systems, production reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people development skills, with the ability to build and guide diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Science, or a related field; an advanced degree or management qualification is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in managing large-scale manufacturing plants, preferably in healthcare, herbal, FMCG, or related industries.
