- Prepare WBS, activity sequencing, logic, milestones and baseline schedules.

- Develop L1/L2/L3 schedules as required by project requirements.

- Establish project execution sequence and key milestone dates.

- Monitor critical path and total float.

- Schedule Control

- Monitor planned vs. actual progress on weekly and monthly basis.

- Update Primavera schedules with actual progress.

- Identify schedule slippages, bottlenecks and critical activities.

- Analyse delays and their impact on project completion.

- Prepare short-term / look-ahead schedules.

3. Recovery &

- Delay Management

- Identify reasons for project delays and schedule variance.

- Prepare recovery / catch-up plans.

- Monitor implementation of recovery actions.

- Conduct delay and impact analysis.

- Support EOT / delay documentation and contractual schedule submissions wherever required.

4. EngineeringProcurement–Construction Coordination

- Coordinate planning inputs from Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams.

- Track engineering deliverables and approvals.

- Monitor procurement activities, material availability and delivery schedules.

- Integrate engineering, procurement and construction schedules.

- Highlight constraints affecting site execution.

5. Resource &

- Productivity Planning





- Prepare manpower and equipment deployment plans.

- Monitor resource requirements against project schedules.

- Prepare manpower/equipment histograms.

- Monitor productivity and identify resource constraints.

- Coordinate with project teams for optimum resource utilization.

6. MIS &

- Management Reporting

- Prepare Weekly Progress Reports (WPR) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).

- Prepare S-Curves, progress dashboards and milestone reports.

- Present project status to Project Head / Management.

- Highlight major delays, risks, constraints and required management actions.

- Provide accurate forecast of project completion dates.

- Monitor schedule performance and key project KPIs.

- Support Earned Value Management (EVM), where applicable.

- Analyse schedule variance and performance trends.

- Maintain planning databases and project control records.

- Ensure timely and accurate planning information.
