Role & responsibilities

- Prepare project planning and construction schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Develop project baselines, WBS, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and execution teams.
- Review construction drawings and coordinate drawing revisions.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity estimations, and measurement sheets.
- Prepare and submit IPC Bills and client invoices.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Coordinate with project teams to achieve planned milestones.
- Monitor project costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Prepare project dashboards and MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality, and project timelines.
- Prepare Purchase Orders,Workorders and Sub Contract agreements

Preferred candidate profile : Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Industry Focus: Purely from civil engineering, infrastructure,



or water resources sectors.

Project Domain: Must have direct project experience in Infrastructure (Roads, Highways, or NHAI projects) AND Irrigation/Water Networks (Dams, canals, barrages, lift irrigation, or large-scale water supply systems).

Software Skills: Hands-on proficiency in project management tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Perks and perks : Commensurate with experience and final interview performance

Critical Requirement Please Read Before Applying :

This role strictly requires a proven background in Infrastructure (Roads & Irrigation) projects. You must have direct experience with one or more of the following:

Roads & Highways: State Highways, NHAI projects, or major expressways.

Irrigation & Water Networks: Dams, canals, barrages, lift irrigation systems, or large-scale water supply networks.
