Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer (Electrical) for a Data Centre project in Pune. The candidate must have hands-on experience in electrical project planning, scheduling, and monitoring for Data Centre, Commercial, Industrial, or MEP projects. Candidates should be proficient in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project and capable of preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating with execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Develop baseline, look-ahead, recovery, and catch-up schedules.
- Monitor the progress of electrical works, including HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS, cable trays, cable laying, bus ducts, lighting, earthing, and testing & commissioning.
- Coordinate with Electrical, MEP, Civil, HVAC, ELV, and Fire Fighting teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Track project milestones and identify schedule deviations.




- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR).
- Perform delay analysis and recommend recovery plans.
- Generate MIS reports, S-Curves, dashboards, and project status reports.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and resource utilisation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to achieve project milestones.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Hands-on experience in electrical planning for MEP/EPC/Data Centre projects.
- Robust knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
