We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented skilled to join our Training & Placement Department and support student career opportunities through industry engagement and campus recruitment.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: Placement Officer

Qualification: MBA / PGDM

Experience: 2–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate campus recruitment drives and placement activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and HR teams.
- Identify new recruiters and placement opportunities.
- Coordinate pre-placement talks, aptitude tests and interviews.
- Communicate job opportunities and recruitment schedules to students.
- Maintain student placement records and recruitment MIS.
- Coordinate internships and industry interaction programs.
- Monitor student participation, selections and placement outcomes.
- Support student training and employability development activities.
- Prepare periodic placement reports for management.





REQUIRED SKILLS ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Corporate networking and relationship management

✔ Campus recruitment coordination

✔ Strong follow-up and organizational skills

✔ MS Office / Google Workspace proficiency

✔ Target-oriented approach and teamwork
