Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies.
- Generate recent client partnerships for placements.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships.
- Organize and coordinate off-campus placement drives.
- Visit companies to develop business and placement opportunities.
- Represent the organization at HR events, job fairs, and networking sessions.
- Drive successful placements for students/candidates in IT companies.
What We're Looking For:
- 05 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the IT hiring ecosystem is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and events.
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
