We are looking for experienced and motivated Placement Consultants / Business Development Executives who can bring employer clients and job vacancies to our recruitment agency.
Our goal is to connect companies with suitable candidates and build long-term employer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with companies that are hiring.
- Bring new employer clients and job vacancies to our placement agency.
- Build strong relationships with HR managers and business owners.
- Understand employer recruitment requirements.
- Coordinate with our recruitment team for candidate placements.
- Follow up with employers and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly employer acquisition targets.
Requirements: ✔ Experience in recruitment, placement consultancy, or B2B business development.
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Existing employer contacts and corporate network preferred.
✔ Ability to generate new business opportunities.
✔ Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
