Role Description This full-time remote role focuses on teaching phonics and public speaking to working professionals and younger children across Indian regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering interactive online lessons, designing age- and level-appropriate learning materials, and using structured phonics techniques to build robust foundational reading and pronunciation skills.

The professional will guide learners in voice modulation, stage presence, articulation, and confidence-building activities, while adapting teaching strategies to diverse learner needs and cultural contexts.



The role also involves providing regular feedback, tracking progress, collaborating with the academic team on curriculum improvement, and maintaining clear communication with caregivers and adult learners.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics instruction, early literacy development, and pronunciation coaching.
- Proficiency in public speaking training, including presentation skills, voice modulation, articulation, and confidence-building.
- Experience in online teaching or e-learning, with the ability to use digital platforms and tools effectively.
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans, create age-appropriate content, and adapt methods for both kids and working professionals.
- Excellent command of English; familiarity with Indian regional accents and language contexts is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to work inclusively with diverse learners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field; relevant certifications in phonics or public speaking are a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for delivering professional remote sessions.
