Roles and Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, laws, and standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals.
- Provide expert advice on medications, treatment options, and healthcare products to customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-6 years of experience in retail pharmacy setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or equivalent qualification (e.g., Diploma in D Pharma).
- Robust knowledge of dispensing procedures, medicine usage guidelines, and pharmaceutical principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective counseling of customers on medication use.
