Role Over View:

To facilitate theoretical learning experiences in the respective subjects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure effective teaching and student understanding of the subject.

3. Conduct fair, timely, and effective assessments.
4. Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Achieve 100% pass result in examinations for all applicable assessments. 2. At least one state-level rank in annual public or board exams.
2. Student attendance rate in subject class (Target: ≥75%).
3. At least one state-level rank in annual public or board exams.
4. Conduct monthly parent/faculty/student feedback sessions with at least 80% satisfaction rate.
