About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager – Media Planning to lead digital media planning and campaign execution across key platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google, Meta, DV360, and Connected TV, along with a good understanding of media measurement, optimization, and reporting. The role will involve developing full-funnel media strategies, managing campaign planning and execution, and working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver effective and measurable media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end digital media planning across platforms such as Google, Meta, DV360, and Connected TV.
- Develop full-funnel media strategies aligned with client business objectives and campaign goals.
- Drive audience planning, targeting, segmentation, and media approach across different funnel stages.
- Lead end-to-end execution of Meta campaigns across Top, Middle, and Bottom Funnel.
- Plan and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, DV360, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvement.
- Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, media spends,



and performance reporting.
- Develop media plans, campaign reports, presentations, and post-campaign analysis.
- Work closely with strategy, analytics, activation, creative, and client servicing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Provide data-driven media recommendations and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure adoption of platform best practices, new capabilities, and evolving digital media trends.
- Support measurement frameworks and evaluate campaign effectiveness against defined KPIs.
- Manage multiple campaigns and timelines while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must have:

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Media Planning.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google and Meta dashboards.
- Experience in Connected TV (CTV) planning.
- Strong understanding of DV360 planning, execution, measurement, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Meta planning, measurement, and reporting.
- Good understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of BLS (Brand Lift Study) and its application in media measurement.
- Experience in developing and executing full-funnel media strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital media metrics, audience planning, targeting, and segmentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Agency experience preferred.
