We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving customer acquisition while maximizing ROI.

Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising channels

- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI and ROAS

- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights

- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel

- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies

- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages





- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising

- Robust expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube)

- Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram)

- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking

- Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS, ROI, and attribution models

- Experience with remarketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
