Zellar International is seeking a driven social Media Executive to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should bring engagement growth, consistency in posting, Event campaign performance, Company branding. This is a entry level role with strong growth potential as we continue expanding across India, Dubai, and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Develop paid media strategies based on business and campaign objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spends to achieve maximum ROI.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the creative, social media and marketing teams to develop performance-driven creatives and campaigns.
- Analyze creative performance and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels and campaign analytics.
- Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and reporting/dashboard tools to track performance.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action points.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms and digital marketing trends.
- Take ownership of campaign performance and continuously work towards improving results

Qualifications:

- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media / Growth Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of paid acquisition, lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Solid knowledge of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rate.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
- Experience working with creative teams and briefing them based on campaign performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
