We're hiring a Performance Marketing Lead (Meta) for an international consumer ecommerce business.
The Role Own profitable Meta growth in a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role. You will personally make buying and budget decisions, own channel P&L; and work with creative, ad-operations and landing-page teams to execute.
What you will do • Own the Meta plan, forecasts, allocation, bidding, pacing and scaling decisions.
- Connect acquisition costs to contribution after product, returns, fulfilment, fees and media costs.
- Build a creative-testing process that turns concepts and results into better briefs and subsequent tests.
- Reconcile platform, store and attribution data; diagnose tracking issues with technical partners.
- Improve conversion with partner teams and build reliable operating routines.
What we are looking for • Recent hands-on Meta depth and sustained personal ownership of large budgets for one brand or dedicated account. Be ready to explain your decisions and results.
Conversions API and attribution judgment.
- A creative-testing framework you designed and ran, plus sound commercial and independent problem-solving judgment.
- Clear writing, autonomous follow-through and practical daily AI use with output validation.
Good to have Seven-figure monthly Meta budget ownership; US/international D2C experience; incrementality testing or creator programmes. Strong gaming and other consumer-acquisition specialists are welcome if they can transfer their expertise to physical-product economics.
Logistics Full time commitment. Four hours of overlap with US Eastern working hours; exact schedule to be discussed. Cash compensation; no ESOPs. USD-denominated offers, with employee or contractor arrangements and final terms discussed individually. Around 30-day availability preferred; longer notice considered case by case.
