About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in running paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The candidate should be performance-driven and focused on generating quality leads, conversions, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.

- Manage Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversion, Awareness, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Set up campaigns, audiences, budgets, bidding strategies, placements, and ad formats.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Manage retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike/similar audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Work with the creative and social media teams to develop performance-focused ad creatives and copies.
- Track leads and conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics,



and conversion tracking tools.
- Prepare campaign reports and provide insights on performance and optimization.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, targeting options, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

- 1 - 2 yrs of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience in running high-performing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
- Good understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, budgeting, and optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Basic understanding of tracking, pixels, events, and conversion setup.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience handling campaigns across different industries will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can showcase previous campaign results, reports, or case studies will be preferred.
