About the Role

Greatcoder is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, monitoring campaign performance, managing advertising budgets, analyzing data, and continuously improving campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Create and optimize lead-generation campaigns based on business objectives.
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization of ad spend.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Test different audiences, ad copies, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
- Track leads and conversions and coordinate with the sales team.
- Work with the content and creative teams to develop campaign materials.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research.
- Identify ways to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform changes.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Advertising.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in lead-generation campaigns.
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimization.




- Basic knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.

Good to Have
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Technology, SaaS, or similar industries.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
- Experience with Looker Studio or reporting dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of SEO.
- Understanding of landing-page optimization and A/B testing.
- Experience with CRM or lead-management systems.

Key Performance Areas The candidate's performance will be measured based on:
- Quality and quantity of leads generated.
- Cost per Lead (CPL) and acquisition cost.
- Campaign conversion rate.
- Effective utilization of advertising budgets.
- Overall campaign performance.
- Continuous optimization and improvement of campaigns.
