???? Own & Scale Paid Media – Lead Meta, Google (PMax, Adv+, Catalog, Retargeting) & other ad channels

???? Team Leadership – Guide & mentor a team of performance marketers to drive results

???? Funnel & CRO Optimization – A/B test creatives, landing pages & ad strategies to maximize ROAS

???? Data-Driven Decision Making – Deep dive into analytics (GA4, Looker, UTMs) to optimize performance





???? Creative Strategy – Work closely with content & design teams to produce high-performing ads
